Moderate consistant calorie intake

I have a theory. Our bodies are made to use current eating habits to predict future caloric needs. Typically, our society eats three meals a day. Sometimes, these can be big meals. Our bodies store the energy as fat to use as energy in between meals. However, we eat more calories than we need during these three meals, the excess energy is stored as fat. If we reduce our calories during these meals, our bodies think we are lacking food, so the metabolism slows to burn less calories.
However, if a body eats more frequently throughout the day, then the body doesn’t feel like it’s starving and keeps the metabolism cooking. Also, the body doesn’t think it needs to store energy for later, so the body uses the calories as they are eaten. Finally, the blood sugar remains constant so that the body doesn’t feel the insulin over-dose after bigger meals. The result is being able eating all day long and lose weight/feel great. In addition, since the stomach doesn’t have to hold as much food, the stomach shrinks. So the body feels full with less food.
