The scale said that I gained .2 pounds since the previous Friday morning. I feel more fit, but I haven’t lost weight. I think the cycling is building more leg muscle at the same rate I’m losing fat. Also, I think a single day view of the scale is not a true indication of weight. On a single day I may have more or less weight in fat, muscle, water add/or stuff in my digestion track. If I were to weigh myself every morning and plot the results on a graph, it would be a greater view of how the weight is trending. I should try this and see how it works.
