Gained 2.5 pounds over the weekend.

On Friday AM I weighed 177.2 pounds. I thought it was high.  Over the weekend I ate well, but didn’t over do it.  No gorging on high calorie foods.

On Saturday I ran the fasted 20 miles (3000+ calories) ever.

Then on Sunday I cycled 15 fast miles.

This morning I weighed 179.6 pounds. How could I have gained 2.5 pounds since Friday?  It’s got to be water weight and/or muscle weight.  My goal of 165 pounds by October 7th is slipping a way.   I would need to lose about 15 pounds in 10 weeks.
